Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Nestifind. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live, and legally able to agree to these Terms. Where required, a child may use Nestifind only with parental or guardian consent. You must provide accurate information and protect your account and devices.
Location sharing and private nests
Nestifind lets members share precise and background location, battery state, driving information, stories, perches and safety alerts with private nests. Invite only people you intend to include, safeguard invite codes and obtain any consent required before sharing another person's information.
Device permissions, signal conditions, battery state, operating-system restrictions and network availability can make information delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
Driving safety
Do not interact with Nestifind while driving. Driving reports and risk indicators are estimates, not certified measurements, legal findings, insurance assessments or a substitute for safe driving.
User-generated content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nestifind a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, resize, transmit, display and remove it only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share that content.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
You may not post or use Nestifind for:
- sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content or content that endangers children;
- threats, violence, harassment, bullying, stalking, hate speech or self-harm promotion;
- privacy invasion, doxxing, non-consensual tracking, impersonation, fraud, spam or scams;
- illegal or dangerous activity, malware or attempts to bypass authorization; or
- content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
Members can report a visible story and block its author. Story owners can delete their stories, and nest owners or administrators may remove reported content they moderate. Nestifind may review reports, remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant records or contact authorities when reasonably necessary.
Acceptable use
Use Nestifind only for lawful personal purposes. Do not scrape or overload the service, probe for another person's data, automate abusive requests, misuse alerts or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, nests, media or systems.
Service availability
Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance. Stories are designed to expire after 24 hours. Nestifind does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly accurate operation.
Account deletion and termination
Use Delete account and data in the signed-in app for immediate deletion. If you cannot sign in, submit an email-confirmed request through the account deletion page. Limited records may be retained when required for security, disputes or law as described in the Privacy Policy.
Nestifind may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for abuse, a Terms violation, a legal requirement or a risk to people or the service.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestifind is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights. Nestifind is not liable for losses that the law does not permit it to exclude, and any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction.
